My Life My Battle follows Mary, a social worker, as she helps and motivates teenage girls facing abuse or homelessness. As victim of abuse, Mary had ran away at the age of 17, but was able to finish school and college, thanks to the help of a crisis counselor. Inspired by such kindness, Mary decided to devote her life to helping young girls who may be misguided.
